Larry James Trager, Sr. was born February 17, 1946 in New Braunfels, TX. Larry left us and met his Lord and Savior on April 27, 2011 at the age of 65. Larry's passion in life was his faith, his family and golf. He was a member of WoodsEdge Community Church and previously a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church, both in The Woodlands. He served his community by assisting the homeless in downtown Houston, counseling patients, family and friends facing traumatic life experiences, and helping all who came to him for guidance.
He is survived by his soulmate and wife, Colleen Trager; his daughters Kim Yetterberg and her husband Jake; April Payne and her husband Brian; sons Larry Trager Jr. and his wife Sarah; Chad Trager and his wife Amy; his sisters Mona Johnson, Diana Brockmann and Belinda Hill, and he was blessed with 9 beautiful grandchildren.
